Poor service, no accountability, ****** charger
I took my MacBook in for repairs to the keyboard and was quoted R4500. After 4 weeks and no reply to my follow up email, they tell me that the refurbished keyboard they used didn't work. (No mention was made about 2nd hand parts when I booked the machine in.) They then quoted me R8700 for the repair and another 4 weeks lead time. I told them that I won't be going ahead with the repair and went in to collect the MacBook. They gave it to me without the box and charger. When I asked them for it they said that they would have made a note if they kept the box and charger, and there was none. When I got home I checked in case I had made a mistake, but the box and charger weren't in the office. I contacted Everlyn who said that they don't have it but would check. She came back to me saying that they had the box, but not the charger. My husband went in to collect the box and asked them where they charger was and they just threw up their hands saying that they don't know and I must have taken it. Poor service, no accountability, ****** charger, and MacBook still not working after 2 months.

Don't use ICS Durban.
I took my iphone 10 to them to have the screen and the battery replaced. The phone came back with broken vibration, broken 3D touch and a broken battery. It was returned to them for a second time and came back still with the battery broken. After speaking with the owner it was decided to take it to the iStore. The phone then came back working but they had managed to now misplace my sim card. If you want good service and good quality products, don't use ICS, take your devices to the iStore, it is the same price and a world better.

It was returned to them for a second time and came back still with the battery broken. After speaking with the owner it was decided to take it to the iStore. The phone then came back working but they had managed to now misplace my sim card. If you want good service and good quality products, don't use ICS, take your devices to the iStore, it is the same price and a world better.

Please don’t send your Apple products to ICS for repairs. They use old parts from refurbished items to replace the parts in your device. Totally disgusting service and the owner lies to your face about the work done / items replaced. Absolutely no business ethics!!
