I have purchased an item on line (MAK9740045) and this was over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my delivery, I keep calling the call centre who say they are escalating the matter but nothing seems to happen. Nobody has contacted me. You have taken my money and now I want answers!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and shocking service!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent experience at your dealership. I app**** for a vehicle and submitted all the necessary documents, but I was later informed that the car had been sold. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I had expected a more professional approach, especially considering the time and effort I put into the application process. I would urgently appreciate an explanation for this oversight and any steps you can take to rectify the situation.
This is possibly the WORST gym to ever exist! I tried joining at the Westwood branch with my Edgars membership discount. To date I am still being debited the incorrect amount (almost double) and the consultant plain down ignored me after numerous attempts to contact him for feedback to rectify the issue. I am now trying to cancel this useless membership since nobody had the decency to fix the error. Instead, month on month I am getting double and triple debited! And on top of that they are asking for a cancelation fee!! Are you serious?? *********** staff all round and pathetic customer service. Its month 3 and I have yet to hear from the manager of this branch as to why they allow under trained staff to sign up new members. Everything he told me was clearly incorrect. More interested in getting people to sign up and not concerned with customer service. Surely this is now ***** as you are debiting my account with a figure that I did not agree to!
It has been almost two weeks that I am trying to get an issue resolved with a faulty tracker in my vehicle. I am paying for a service that i am not receiving!! I keep getting told that the issue has been escalated and that someone will call me, yet i keep having to call your call centre and get transferred from one department to another. I ask to speak to the Supervisor and the agent says that they are unavailable. You guys are taking my money but cannot locate my vehicle! One says faulty tracker, one says incorrect placement. Which is it?? GUYS THIS CAR IS TRACKING IN JHB AND I LIVE IN DURBAN! Can someone please assist as this is absolutely ridiculous now. Worst possible service, you can tell by all the reviews here that they don't take business seriously!
Your service is absolutely shocking! I have been trying for 3 days to locate my parcel and nobody can assist me. The call centre is a 30 minute wait each time and even if i do get through your staff cannot tell me where the package is nor when will it be delivered. There is no Management as a point of contact and in all honesty I don't even think your drivers know what they are doing. Pathetic service, would never recommend.
I have been waiting for Netstar to contact me about the fitment of my tracker. The response is that someone will contact me, it's been 2 weeks and nothing. I have even submitted my details 3 times to the call centre! Absolutely shocking and unprofessional service! Do you guys not need the business??
I cancelled my Fibre line with Vodacom and its been 2 months and I am still being billed and my account debited. How difficult is it to cancel a line???? Yet every time I speak to a consultant in the call centre they assure me that the contract is canceled on their end. Vodacom you have become the biggest rogues...sorry but you lost my business. I will however give credit to the call centre for following up on their side. It seems Management needs to get their act together unfortunately.
This has got to be one of the WORST removal companies in existence. I had requested on the check list that certain items be bubble wrapped when moving residence. The team shows up with no bubble wrap and tell me not to worry, they have done this on numerous occasions. They ended up damaging my fridge and gas braai. When I complained to management their response was I should never have spoken to the team directly and that I should have taken additional insurance! So you guys are OK with your team destroying peoples goods and take not accountability?? Even after asked for my things to be wrapped?? This company has extremely poor management in place and even worse customer service. In fact they told me to go ahead and write this review!!! I would never recommend anyone use them
Service from Kulula.com is absolutely disgusting!! I booked a flight in Dec 2020 and decided to place the ticket on hold due to Covid. Now when I try to redeem the ticket they say that they only placed the departing ticket on hold and that I used the return. How??? When i never even departed. So basically I have lost half my money. Further to this, a consultant promised me on 3 different occasions that someone would call me back to discuss this issue and its now been 3 weeks and nothing. I am now trying to redeem the credit on the departing ticket and they say that the credit will have to be managed through BA as they aren't operating anymore. AND she is not sure when they will contact me even though i want to fly within the next 4 days. WHAT KIND OF RUN AROUND SERVICE IS THIS??? So quick to take people's money but can never offer the support. I will not even get started on the waiting period each time you try to call the call centre!! 30 minutes before you even speak to someone. Sorry Kulula but your airline doesn't deserve to be operating. Absolutely pathetic!!
Please don’t send your Apple products to ICS for repairs. They use old parts from refurbished items to replace the parts in your device. Totally disgusting service and the owner lies to your face about the work done / items replaced. Absolutely no business ethics!!
