<p>We hosted an international delegation at the hotel and booked (and paid) for a conference dinner for delegates at the Peppertree restaurant. The hotel confirmed the booking. At arrival no one knew about the booking and nothing was prepared. The restaurant manager on duty was extremely rude to the host. Insted of apologising to the host and tried to accomidate the customer, the restaurant manager just shifted the blame. Totally unaccepted. The staff was rude and of substandard service levels. It looks like no one has ever heard of smiling or delivering service. The food was bad. The cutlery dirty and there was a piece of carrot (quite old) stuck to the salt pot. Unacceptable!!!!!</p>
