Happy with the the service and value for money.
My family of 4 have been with Bonitas for a year and I am very impressed by the service. The app is very easy to use, the value we get is more than our previous medical aid for about R3000 less per month. I have been very impressed by the ease of transactions and the added benefits like dental allowances and preventative care. We have not had any hospitalisations, but so far I am very happy with my decision to change to Bonitas.

Very happy repeat customer.
I love the quality and the excellent service that Canvas and More provide. Never a hitch - just easy ordering, quick delivery and brilliant products. I have sent gifts to friends in different town, and they love the products too. A very happy repeat customer!

Excellent service and manner.
Dr Ismail is superb. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. His rooms are exceptionally clean and his staff are so helpful and efficient. I have taken elderly parents there and they all show wonderful care, sometimes under difficult circumstances. His equipment is state of the art and the dental hygieneist is also lovely. The only problem is getting an appointment, as he is very busy, but if you are able you can go late in the day and wait.

Awesome service - Claim paid in less than 24 hours
<p>My damaged cellphone claim was sorted out in one phonecall and approved in less than 24 hours. Very friendly efficient service. Thank you Outsurance!</p>
