<p>After receiving really shocking service [boxes not delivered for a year] and then cancelling my account, I have now received an email stating that I have been handed over to a debt collector. I have NEVER received an invoice from MYSMARTKID and was not even aware that I owed them anything. How is a company like this still running? I have read the other reviews – everyone’s having trouble with them. How do I go about solving this issue and getting my account’s payments up to date and actually cancelling the thing when I can’t even contact MYSMARTKID. I am not able to dial the numbers you have on your website from Namibia and no one ever responds to your email queries. PLEASE ASSIST ASAP!!!</p>
<p>I am posting yet another very bad review on your name as this seems to be the only way I get a reponse from you. It is now nearly two months after your specific words were "you will receive the two outstanding boxes in two weeks" - I have still not received even a hint of a box. My child is now officially over the age you advertise your boxes to be appropriate for. Please assist, as I am helpless and really frustrated with your [lack of] service!</p>
<p>I have previously [four weeks ago] posted a review with the hopes of actually receiving the two parcels I have paid for. My child is nearing one and the parcels that are due to arrive will not even be applicable to him anymore, as they advertise age appropriate toys. I was contacted by Mysmartkid the same day the review was posted and I was promised the parcels would be here within two weeks, which it is not. I am highly disappointed in this service.</p>
<p> We have paid for about 4 boxes and we have only received one. I've emailed the support address about 5 times, and I have had zero response. We live in Namibia, and we cannot phone the toll-free number. They don't supply us with any other means of contacting them. I am extremely frustrated with them! This is terrible service and a very poor refelction of their product. </p>
