For the last 6 months there is no medicine everytime its short there shelves are empty you wait for hours to be helped the staff is not very helpfull.

Outstanding Acount more than a year later
<p>Pathetic and useless service I phone vodacom 19 Aug 2016 to resend all my invoices and statements from June2015 until to date they only send me invoice and statement dated 31/7/2016 The reason for this they lock my phone and said there was a bill last year not paid after a year how is the accounts department doing accounts. The big joke about this they send me an sms every month to inform the outstanding amount, I round the amount to the nearest rand and do pmt.Where does this oustanding amount now after 1 year came from</p> <p>Previous mails was send but ignored Query was escalated to a support specialist ref 1- ********** 2455 on 3/9/2016 PATHETIC</p>
