I have been residing at a Balwin Unit for 66 Days now. We have paid R1750.00 to date, into the Stss wallet. Today there was an adjustment for R904 done on my account because STss as confirmed by "Jurgens" has allowed a few blocks to slip through the cracks in respect of meter readings. STss is not a PREPAID meter system as I am now paying for electricity used within the PAST 66 days. I have no idea how electricity and water charges are in excess of R2500.00 for 66 days for a two bedroom flat with two adults that are never at home. Something is wrong and I do believe the STss and their charges happens to be the problem. After the adjustment was done I got charged a service fee of R74.00 for STss efforts. Pathetic. Balwin needs to move away from the company URGENTLY.
<p>I have been attending the salon for eight years. They recently offered a special with a spray tan. As an Indian a spray tan is not something I need. I asked if I could swop the spray tan out for something else to accommodate my race. The receptionist told me to wait for the next special and that no swop outs would be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed the owner who responded in an absolutely insulting manner! Racial discrimination is rife at this salon! </p>
