Terrible Service!
I have placed my order a week and a half ago, have not heard anything. I have sent multiple email with no response as well as even sent an Instagram message hoping for a response. This is terrible service, I ordered it for a Birthday of which I have nothing.

<p>Very few people have the ability to give credible advice on hair as well as understand my type of thin hair... Nina absolutely blew me away with her amazing customer service and how she done my hair like no one ever could... this women is truly blessed, her salon are so friendly</p>
