No response, no delivery! A shame
I respected the 14 days with no response because it states that on the order BUT today is day 15 and no correspondence and true to their promise they don’t respond to queries or WhatsApp messages! As a small business owner you need to change your communication behaviour otherwise no one will order anything from you! I ordered a birthday gift and the birthday was yesterday, no gift ! At least respond to queries, ! Lots my trust in you ! A shame because I really wanted to support a female small business owner

This is what you will receive after paying "Kindly be advised that orders take a maximum of 14 working days as per our website from date of order. We do not provide updates, since your goods are guaranteed to reach you before the lead time period. Should we encounter any challenges in completing your order, we will notify you of same both through email and Whatsapp. Once your order is booked for dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track your parcel. Do also note, that we do not do delivery by appointment. Deliveries are handled by the Courier Company and is delivered at their own discretion. Thank you for supporting SOUTH AFRICAN DESI and kindest regards." That will be only the comms you will receive from them. Skip it. Shop elsewhere. I highly doubt that any of the profit on the sale has gone to The Gift of the Givers.

Redesign Palestinian T-Shirt
I recently ordered a t-shirt to support Palestine with the slogan "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free". The product is of good quality and was delivered quickly. However, please can you update the design to remove the eye printed on the Palestinian flag? Majority of people who buy this are Muslim and we cannot wear clothing that contain depictions of eyes on them

Terrible Service!
I have placed my order a week and a half ago, have not heard anything. I have sent multiple email with no response as well as even sent an Instagram message hoping for a response. This is terrible service, I ordered it for a Birthday of which I have nothing.
