Blown away by RocketNet’s service
Absolutely incredible!! I cannot believe the service I received the past few days ! WhatsApp messages gets answered immediately, service requests gets logged and actioned straight away! Amazing systems etc etc etc ! Blown away !

Worst service ever
Supersonic doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! Utterly useless !! I paid every single month, logged tickets with proof of payments , tickets were never opened! Suddenly I owe R2056! Try for hours to get hold of them!! Send all my POP’s to the WhatsApp line, agent sends it to account ! They switch me off, take R2056 from my bank account and the technician tells me I am not suspended I should buy a new router! Get the new router and still no internet !!! And now the technicians have gone for the weekend ! I am beyond angry and frustrated and the worst part is that they don’t even care about these terrible ratings !! Worst supplier EVER !! You owe me an explanation and apology

No response, no delivery! A shame
I respected the 14 days with no response because it states that on the order BUT today is day 15 and no correspondence and true to their promise they don’t respond to queries or WhatsApp messages! As a small business owner you need to change your communication behaviour otherwise no one will order anything from you! I ordered a birthday gift and the birthday was yesterday, no gift ! At least respond to queries, ! Lots my trust in you ! A shame because I really wanted to support a female small business owner

Terrible customer service
Supersonic is very very very bad at Customer service and finance ! They have two invoices for May and telling me I am overdue for 1 May and must pay now ! The extra invoice was for 16% Vat ! Not even 15.5% as per what could have been ! And this company does not respond to any tickets logge for invoicing issues !

Amazing service
I ordered a block photo frame on Tuesday evening and thought I left it too late because I need this gift for the 28th, I emailed them and told them I need it by Tuesday! I received feedback every day on how far the product was and I received my order yesterday! The regular feedbacks really is remarkable and the fact that you delivered in 3 days is exceptional ! The block frame is absolutely beautiful and I will definitely use you again and promote wherever I can !

<p>I want someone from from Telkom to call me back TODAY! i have logged a call 1 month ago to get money back which Telkom took without my concent and now suddenly the call was closed because Zanele tried to call me on an old phone number even though i have 2 cellphone accounts with Telkom and she has my work number and email address but she calls me on an old Vodacom account. Case number ********** 7 and Case number Mobile ref: ********** 4 which Zanele felt it was fine to close because she could not get hold of me!I want my refund TODAY due to me for over a month now ! </p>
