Worst Service by Bolt Food SA
Thursday evening I made an online order for food to be delivered to my place, the nearest KFC was PAN in Alexandra, however it took over an hour and then they cancelled my order while waited for over an hour starving. I decided to place another one using Bolt Food from KFC in Lyndhurst, the delivery guys was coming from Sandton, on the GPS tracker he was in one place for a good 45 min without moving, I asked support to change the driver or cancel my order again since Its almost 2 hours waiting for food. I went to buy food, and told Bolt Support to cancel the order as its not required since I lost interest, after 3 hours I got a notification to say the order was delivered. I phoned the driver and he advised me that the support team told him its cancelled, but funny thing is on the app its said that its delivered. When I inquired with Bolt Food support, they told me the food was never delivered, and thats the end, nothing about my refund, I am still waiting for my refund of R268. I sent multiple emails and no one bothers to come back to me.

Horrible harrassment and poor service from Spar Liquor
<p>Yesterday went to Spar Liquor with my colleagues to buy some drinks, my colleague managed took the receipt with her inside the main Spar, and the security guards wouldnt let me out, and asked them to call out my colleague and give them a slip and they refused, they said i will have to wait for her to come back, and i explained i wouldnt still drinks especially when they in a plastic bag issued by cashiers, the security lady said its not her job to check if we paid or not she needs the receipt, i had to wait for more than 20min insise waiting for my colleague to come with the receipt, while waiting the security lady was rude, saying thats the reason she hates working with "black" people while she's also black, and i asked for a manager and cashiers told me they dont have a manager, and i asked to speka to a supervior, and the cashier whom i paid to asked what was happening, and i told her i needed a superior as the security lady says she doesnt need my money and doesnt want us to come buy there with our "black" tendencies, and Phumla the cashier told me they dont have a supervisor and she's incharge but never did anything until i got the receipt, i always used to buy at Spar Liquor and enjoyed it until yesterday, what a flippen harassment from security lady</p>
