<p>I placed an order and paid R418 on the 19th of Oct 2016. I kept on sending emails and facebook inbox to enquire about my order. Eventually they called to ask for size, this was on 17th Nov 2016. Til date no word from them. No response on email nor facebook. In fact, their facebook page no longer works. This is totally unacceptable. If you cant sell goods then just bring back my money. You dont even deserve 1 star rating. Your service is totally HORRIBLE.</p>
<p>Its really funny how when someone owes Edcon, they are so quick to close your account and hand it over to the lawyers but when tables are turned, Edcon has been over paid, no one dares try contact you let along reverse the excess money that has been paid. I have been paying my sister's Edgars account on her behalf because it was handed over to the lawyers and was closed. At the same time, I have been paying the account which I share with my mom. I finished paying my sister's account but have been mistakenly paying it every month thinking that I have been paying my/ and mom's account. I tried to have the money in my sister's account to be transfered to my/ mom's account. I went to Legit Cradlestone which the store manager did her best to assist me. Everything was handed over to Edcon accounts. I sent emails to the Edcon account; ********** ********** as I was instructed by the Legit store manager. I havent had any response. I called Edcon accounts department and I still did not receive any assistance. I then sent another email to ********** ********** still no response from any one at Edcon accounts. What does it take to get assistance from Edon accounts department? I need this issue to be sorted out ASAP.</p>
