Order there gummies at the end of June and it is now the end of August and have yet to receive my order. Spent R2500.00. They responded to my mails but still no product, y=the now claim to have re-shipped the order another 4-21 day for receipt.
<p>I cancelled a Telkom landline at the end of November 2014 (Ref # 111868) effective 24/12/2014, I paid the final amount at the end of Dec 2014, I recently found out that i have been blacklisted on TransUnion whentrying to purchasea laptop, I lodged a dispute with Telkom billing on 30 August 2016 (ref # ********** 8) and was promised a response within 10 working days, called on teh 11th working day and was given the run around andan escalation to the supervisor with no result. Called again on the 20 September 2016 spoke to a super visor (Nosipho) and was promised a prompt response, I am still waiting. The fact that Telkom did noit do their jib correctly the first time around in 2014 and still dragging their feet to resolve i have been inconvenienced as I supposedly have a black credit rating against me. No acceptable</p>
