Unfair consumer treatment
Had the worst estate agent assistant @Maggie Govendor, I forced to live in a room without proper ventilation and mould for over 6 months, reported the issue multiple times to Maggie and never got assisted, to the point where it affected my lungs and had to move out, and when I finally moved out of the space after serving the notice period they refused to pay back my deposit. When they eventually saw the room they had to cancel all their viewings because the mould was very bad. Yet I was expected to live under these conditions for another month😕
