Attached below is a folder with all communication information regarding my fibre line not working yet I paid, and am finding no joy in getting the matter sorted out. In December 2023, I literally gave Vumatel my money because its internet connection was not working- nothing was done about that. Time and time again when I experience a pronounced with Vumatel, I have to hold my breath until I am assisted!!!! Today is the third day of having paid for the reconnection because that was what was being stood on rather than the matter at hand of a hanging cable and no connection. It is always money first with Vumatel then the satisfaction of the customer comes afterward. I really believe that your services are very low and unsatisfactory compared to other companies. Vumatel does not even have a complaints emails address or direct contact number details. Unprofessional!!! Today is the fifth day of having made a payment and sixth day of having requested assistance but nothing still! I have to keep chatting to them on their stupid WhatsApp robot to which their responses are always slow yet quick to end the chat without being fully attended to. Why does Vumatel not have a direct complaints line with an actual number and email address rather than the stupid robot agents because they are *********** just like the actual company? Nxa!!!
I ordered their items during the Black Friday special for 2023. I received my package but some items were missing. They are posting and advertising continuously but are ignoring me blatantly. It has been four months since I have been trying to contact them and advising them of the missing items but my texts and calls are ignored.
First vehicle insurance when I bought my car in September 2018, never experienced any trouble or problems with FFW🎀 but due to my financial problems and difficulties, I had to move to something cheaper. Four years later, my vehicle is paid up and I am back with FFW🎀 and entrusting them with not only my Butterfly🦋🚗 but with our lives: my toddler daughter and I🌸 I am hoping I will never be disappointed by FFW🎀 should ever the time of crisis and need of their assistance arises because such things we cannot control but can only work through it together should it ever arise.
Hello. What a terrible disappointment and utter nonsense the Department of Home Affairs, KZN, Durban on Commercial Street is. We have been in the queue outside in the parking lot since 5am, to our dismay, we still have not been assisted. Word on the street is, there bribes of paying R100 to be assisted or to be pushed further into the line for assistance. But why is it that this must happen when we are all equal citizens of the Republic of South Africa paying taxes or not? It is our right to be equally assisted and the Batho Pele Principles be practiced by the Government and Parastatal organizations. This is pathetic and sad because people's lives are place on hold, if not made difficult by such a situation. Can someone or the Minister of Home Affairs please attend to the nations cry for help at the organization that is in need of salvaging.
<p>Wow!!! i have been a client of ASBA for a number of years now, and most of my financials are done through ABSA. How disappointing and insuloting that today, 18 November 20156, at 11:40am, i received a call from a certain Riaad with a coloured nationality accent. He requested to speaak to me regarding ABSA Home Insurance. i informed him that i would not be able to contiue with the call, as I'm busy, maybe another time. Instead of saying thank you and asking when maybe can he call me back, he swore at me! He said "**** You!" I then replied by saying "You too!"and I then hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgusted by ABSA's callcentre agents!</p> <p> </p> <p>Some manners and respect for their clients and everyone else will really go a along way when it comes to good business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgusted.
