Good Day, I have been seeing Dr Lingoomiah since I was 17, I am now 36, my 18 yrs old daughter has been really unwell, and has been to him on 2 occasions since, fainting spells, swelling of the feet, nausea, I am currently on the discovery smart plan option, I had called the medical aid today 23/04/2018, confirming with them that my daughter is unwell, and is it possible for my GP (Indres Lingoomiah) to give her an admission letter direct to get admitted to hospital, instead of her having to go to a specialist which cost R1000, which is not covered by medical aid, he and his admin team refused to assist us in that way, was not asking for anything illegal, I merely requested for him to admit her to hospital so she can be checked any specialist and the in hospital bill will cover the cost, he refused to assist, I am formerly laying this complaint, that should anything happen to my daughter, he will be held responsible.
<p>Called in on the 26/09/2016 to get a sim swop done -refernce is ********** 658, todate, it has not been done, spoke to the superior, sfiso, who promised to call me back to get this sorted and this was not done, i am appauled and disgusted to be apart of the network.</p>
