My husband took his vehicle to *** Exhaust and transport to replace the ball joints in June 18. On 19 September 18 while driving the ball joint came loose, the wheel came off and the shock popped out. This was caused due to the ball joints that was not fitted correctly. My husband went back and explained to them what happened, but they didn't seem to care. The owner just said it's not his fault, it's the worker's fault. He said he would replace the lower control arm bushes (that we supplied) as he was supposed to do in the first place along with the ball joints. We took the vehicle in on 28 September 18 and explained to him we need the vehicle before 1 October 18. He said we could pick up the vehicle 29 September 18 before 9am. We phoned the owner (Dirk) and his wife (Nicolene) and both their phones was off 29 September 18 before 9am. I eventually got hold of the reception lady who said she'll try and find them. Just before 10am I received a call from Nicolene. She started yelling at me and accused me of swearing her workers (which I never did) and said they never told us we could fetch the vehicle on 29 September 18 and dropped the phone. My husband phoned her back to tell her he doesn't like the way she spoke to me and she started yelling at him as well so he dropped the phone. Dirk phoned my husband back to tell us we must go pick up the vehicle. We went to pick up the vehicle and found that the steering wheel was skew and the bushes was still not replaced and they didn't give the bushes that we supplied back.
<p>I got a contract for a router at Telkom. It was not the same as what they demostrated so I cancelled it in the 5 day cooling off period. The people who delivered the router does not want to take it back. They said, "They are only the sales department". Telkom keeps on deducting from my account and just say they can't reverse it.
