Our company, Okapi, had provided promotional items to Mumi Kolwezi in the DRC, which operates under the Glencore umbrella. The products were successfully delivered in February 2025, yet to date, we have not received payment. Since then, we have been subjected to ongoing delays and shifting explanations. Initially, we were informed that the PO had been captured under the incorrect company, which is inaccurate, as the original PO clearly reflected my company’s details—this was the basis upon which we accepted and executed the job. The issue was later "resolved" with the issuance of a new PO; however, when payment was expected, we were once again advised of another issue. This has now dragged on for several months,February to date, without resolution, despite Mumi having received and accepted the goods. Our last follow-up was sent on 7 June 2025, and we have yet to receive any response. As a small business, such delays in payment have a direct and negative impact—not only on our operations but also on our ability to meet obligations with our own suppliers. It is deeply concerning and disappointing that an international entity of Glencore’s stature would handle matters in this way.
Horrible experience with WEBAFRICA AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I've been send from pillar to post. They are continously debiting my account when service was canceled before it even begun. They tell me that it's under someone else's name and if I know them instead of then fixing the issue!! How did they link my account to someone else?
Extremely disgusted by this company. They have constantly been helping themselves to my bank account. Even after I have told them.to cancell, they must not dare deliver their hardware and get me my money back. Call center agent that called me sounded drunk and registered the account under a wrong name!!!
I had the worst experience with RAM. The courier driver refused to deliver the packages and the way he spoke to me. My package is still not delivered till today.
Utterly disappointed with the service received from PEP. Diposited money in Midrand Boulders and it was withdrawn at the same PEP 4 minutes later by someone from that store. They will not assist me or release footage of the person that withdrew the money. I have been sent from pillar to post.

So, Eldo coaches lost my mom's suitcase and then they paid her R125 to replace her lost clothes, jewelry and hair??? that is ridiculous.
