<p>I recently bought the Renault Sandero Stepway 1.6 from Pennylane Cars.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a great car at a great price but the service and attention from Pennylane is what really stood out for me.  From the minute I walked into their show room I was impressed and after ‘shopping around’ their salesman, Edwin, was the only one to call me back regarding my enquiry – very impressive.  Then, throughout my decision process Edwin and everyone at Pennylane that I had contact with was helpful and friendly which made the whole experience fantastic.  Being my first big purchase I was a little nervous but the team made me feel comfortable and never rushed me but were instead patient with my many test-drives and questions.  Then once my decision had been made and I picked up the car I knew I had made the right choice.  I completely understand that sales are not always smooth sailing and hiccups do occur but Edwin handled everything with absolute care.  So here I am today, a happy Pennylane client with a car I love and a new loyalty to a great pre-owned dealership. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Max and your fantastic team for everything! </p>
