Good day. Received my new Rain the101 router on the 5th of November 2025 I have waited the 24hours as instructed by one of your operators my router still doesn't work after this called your support team they can't pick up my router your askrain can dial in said they will escalate the issue no one contacts me or sends a mail. Called them the following day again still can't help me says my router needs to be activated by the logistics team waited checked my account my router shows unknown but the other 2 simcards shows that they are okay. my wifi list shows WPA3 connection required chated to the askrain support again telling me that I need to switch off my router and switch it back on it will resolve my issue did that over 20 times now issue still the same issue. Now yesterday 7 November I called again only to be told that there is a glitch on your said my router can't be activated or rebooted or anything and they can't give me an ETA on when this will be fixed now at the meantime I have to buy data every day unnecessarily as I already paid for the rain internet service and get told that rain will only dispute the days my router was off not my data that was purchased I'm really upset I want my router sorted out..
I have been writing reviews but clearly you as rain dont care at all called last night again to complain about my netwerk issues requesting to move my network to a different tower it was said that someone will call my still no one had called me from you support team not even a mail I'm tired of wasting my time with you paying every month but not paying for what I'm getting I'm taking this matter to the ISPA in the morning your not providing the services and net network.
I have been waiting since the 19th of February for someone to contact me regarding my netwerk till today no one has called me! way must I waste my airtime to call Rain support if an email was sent this is the most pathetic internet company I have ever come across service is none existent you speak to an AI and when you actually get hold of someone all they say is we will escalate it someone will contact you and it never happens.
Hi I have been having problem with my rain speed for 2 months now paying every month for service that I don't get. I called and sent mails to get this issue resolved but everytime they just tell me to follow the step or give them the sim number to send it to the relevant department and put the router close to the window how much closer does it need to be must it be one with the glass??? I'm don't with the step and all there stories I'm Feb up with rain its the worst internet service ever I get promoted everytime that it will get sorted but its not happening.
Bought 4 Pizza's via Mr Delivery with one of the pizza's was off the Sea Foods Pizza was off the smell the taste was bad I will never buy anything from them again my wife is pregnant and she ate it what's going to happen if she get sick??? there is no contact number of any of the shops only way of contact is email.
<p>Me and my wife went to the post office in Kolonnade mall on the 1St of October Saturday to renew my wife's licence for her car. One they never great customers they just have this stinking attuade they are getting payed to do the job not **** off customers. Number 2 there printer apernly has been broken for a year the lady that helped use though it was a joke now I must run around to make copies of documents that they could have surely done in the post office. 3 surely in this time of age a post office sould have a pin pad not everyone likes walking around with money in there pocket. I will never use this post office ever again . </p>
