Refunds and Cancellations

<p>I made a reservation through KZN Wildlife for accommodation as Sugarload Caravan park. I made a payment of R1000.00. Something came up and  I needed to cancel my reservation. I qualify for 90% refund due to the fact it is greater then 45 days of cancellation.</p> <p>I have send through my banking details to ********** and they replied stating it will take about a week or so, it's been going on to 3 weeks. There is no one taking your calls, responding to e-mails, everytime I call the refunds office your call eventually dies or get authomatically transfered to the reservations line.</p> <p>I just want my money back. I have send an e-mail stating my unhappiness and to date no reply.</p> <p> </p>
