I receive an sms today I, Xitshembhiso Maphete, ID 8512*****9081, gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-09-30. Reason: Affordability Assessment. CDS Consulting (Pty) LTD. I don't remember giving anyone any consent to access my profile or my name. Pls guys remove from your system cause popia act protect my personal details. Who gave u powers to access my report and when and how. I receive a call from a white lady today and I told you that I'm not interested in anything and they must remove my name from their system as I don't know them.
Company not updating my credit history with them. i paid the account on the 23rd of June but till today the account is not updated.
i did a deposit on the 14/05/2025 of about R300 for the design for the jacket. They told me i will get it the design within 3-7 days. Now they are keep on lying to me that the designer is sick. Yesterday I spoke to them and the manager promised me that i will receive the design before end of yesterday. Now i am tired of their lies and empty promises. I told them they better send the money back.

No progress on logged queries On the 15th I received money from sars and my account was stopped in 2022. I was told to send proof of payment from sars so that I can get the funds. Since last week I'm waiting for the feedback. They told me they want to validate the documents first but it seems as nothing is happening.
I've made a Absa cash withdrawal on Friday 7th. I did not receive any withdrawal pin. I did a follow up and was told will take 24 to 48 hours for me to receive the pin. I waited and nothing as yet. Today around 6 inthe morning 10th did a follow up as 48 hours is over and vizkhungo told me that I will receive funds within 2 to 3 hours but nothing as yet. Again I did a follow up with sibusiso mbatha and he told me he will send a follow up to withdrawal team. I told him that it is been long and I need money to take a baby to the doctor since this not my fault. Till now nothing in my account and it in inconvenience for me and my life cause doctors will be closed. Since Friday waiting for just 500. The turnaround time is gone but still told to wait. I really need this cash as fast as possible
March or April i took a contract with Blue label connect, then the phone's speaker was dead. on the 21/04/2020 i log a call where a phone was collected for repair. then i got the phone back. the phone did not even last a month it just went off, i have tried charging and putting it on but it does not open. on the 31/05/2022 I log a call where I was told that they will send a courier to collect the phone. I even tried asking them to change the brand since this phone is having issues. now is on the 13 still the phone is not collected and I don't have a phone. come 25th they will deduct the debit order from my account. Why I am paying since I don't currently have no phone. This branch is not guaranteed since is giving me problems. The brand is HTC Wildfire E3. This contract is new but I'm facing challenges with it not sure exactly what to any more.
I been a BFS customer for 2 years and never missed a payment, but this month I had issues with employer . I received a call from the manager (Tonga mall) where I explained that I still have issues to deal with and I will pay. The other day I received a call from a cellphone phone from Bfs consultant where he was so rude and threaten me that he will cum to my work place if I don't pay the funds. He even mentioned that he knows where I'm staying. 8 did try to explain to him that you don't treat a customer like that more especially using your cellphone number, why can't 7 ask me why I'm unable to pay the loan. And he responded and say his boss want the repayment. Due to his bad customer service I started complaining about his approach and he hang up the phone. One of my neighbors told me that a certain guy driving BFS car was looking for me and then immediately I called the branch and asked to speak with branch manager where even management was so rude. Cause I wanted to understand the reason for visiting my place and where did they got all the information about my residence. And also need a contract where it says they can to my place for loan repayment. Branch manager for Tonga branch was rude and she explained that the financial situation the guy have a right to do everything since I owe them and they want their money back. I did try to teach her about good customer service since I was once a branch manager but she promised that she hang the phone or she will leave the phone unattended. instead the staff member was rude called me a liar indirectly and basically belittled me then cut the call and said she will come see me at work. It's seems like they operate on loan shark mafia principles and not like normal financial institutions. There are many loan providers, I advise all to stay away from BFS.
Morning, i invested 30 000 in to 7 days notice with FNB. on the 7 i chatted with agent through their online app where i was requesting for funds since my mother is sick. I was told that i cant get funds immediately, but i must do 7 days notice, or call investment department. I did a notice on the 7th of 20000 and i received an sms that i will receive funds on the 14 around 12h00. Since my mother was seriously sick i called FNB client care where an agent deleted my loaded notice trying to close an account thinking she will give me funds immediately. But she failed and transferred my call to someone else. I came to realize that my notice is deleted i closed the account from the app anf request for my notice to be loaded so that i can get cash on 14 since my mom is sick. Now im told i will receive funds on theb 16 due to their incompetent consultant. I need money today as i did the notice on the right date. My mother die just because of someone who deleted my notice due to lack of knowledge.
