We have been customers for more than 10 years , 4 months ago we notice that our data contracts was switched to normal phone contracts and that phones were taken out, we went to vodacom , had give in so many forms , go police station all that, went back gave them all forms, after week or so got sms saying that fraud was noted on our account, after month our statement was still not fixed , we only payed the amount we USED. After second month still being charged, they cut our phone lines.. Just want to add its the third month now and Guess what my vodacom bill is R22 000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
