Faulty Xbox live voucher Order 8361921
<p>Good day,</p> <p>On 28/09/2016 I purchase a 12 month Xbox live voucher which was on sale, that evening when I tried to redeem it, I got an Error msg from Xbox live that the voucher has already been used. I tried again on the 29/09/2016 & got the same error msg. I reported the problem to Takealot's customer care line & was told the problem has been escalated. It has been a week & my problem has not been resolved. My Xbox live subscription has expired on 1/10/2016 & I have now lost all the games / Updates which were in my download "Q".
