Snatcher good not delivered
Snatcher - I am still awaiting for the agent to contact me. Herewith my contact number 011 4081356. Please either send my goods or give me a refund that is owed to me.

Items not received
I am a 1st time client who ordered a lot of items from them. I took very long before the items were delivered. However, there were 4 items short. I immediately took pictures of what was received and emailed Snatcher. To date since July, I have not had a reply. I tried calling them but the number does not work. I kept on sending emails as this is the only way to communicate, asked if they can refund me for the items not delivered. Still no response. Be very careful to order from them

LOCKMASTERS SCAMMERS
Made use of Lock Masters to replace a Brass front door lock on the 18th July 2022 at a cost of R 1782.00 only to close the door and the whole lock came off sanding with the door handle in my hand. Contacted Lockmaster via tel 084 661-1452 no other way of contact then email info@lockmasters.co.za. I explain to them what happened. Now they say there is no warrentee for the workmenship and they cannot be held responsible for the work done???? How do people not have a conscience or good work ethics. They refuse to even come out to look what was done and how after 4 month the whole handle came completely undone. There is no PRIDE nor SHAME in stealing hardworking peoples money.
