A whole neighborhood, Kilner-park is without electricity since Sunday. Everyone in the street and complex has reported it, but nobody gets notified of what is happening or when it might get repaired? What kind of service is this? This municipality is useless to say the least. No trust that anything gets done. I reported an outage, 594 but also no one is updating me on if the issue is being attended to. WHERE IS THE MAYOR, WHERE IS THE COUNCILOR? ON HOLIDAY? HAVING LUNCH WITH TAX PAYERS MONEY? I'LL REMEMBER WHEN IT'S ELECTION TIME WHAT THIS GOVERNMENT DOES NOT DO FOR RATES AND TAXES PAYING CITIZENS.
Gizzu gives a person no reassurance to buy any more of their products. A R5000 product, (300w power station) stopped working after barely 3 years old and now they discontinued the product and offer no support where you can even get a quote to get it repaired. I have barely used it since loadshedding stopped. I will not recommend any of their products, even the UPS barely keeps it's battery. Buy something else
Power outage reported in August still has not been attended to. I'm left to my own demise without electricity. Living in the capital sucks as services are not delivered when payed for. I stopped reporting it as no one came and I spent over R500 airtime trying to report it. Everyone else is are bridging the meters, I should do the same
The outage report is useless, 6 days since I first reported a power outage at home. I get no assistance or reply. Spent R200 of airtime on calls, send SEVERAL emails and smss to report it. No one gets back to me. I'm hostage, waiting for a technician or someone to check on the problem. Please can you check on it? Reference number is 95-20. Too difficult to close credit card, card division number out of order
Their customer service is useless. I have been harassed by a host after she failed to have an apartment cleaned and ready for occupation. She promised to cancel the booking and refund me but has since harassed me about the money and sent me countless messages on my personal whatsapp. I have asked airbnb by email and their help center for help for more than a week with many requests on their website and haven't received any response at all. How can hosts fail to provide accommodation I paid full price for and then still keep on harassing me personally without airbnb intervening at all? This leaves me with a very bad experience of airbnb and I will not be using this platform again. Zero support from AIRBNB customer support. Help center is only for the show, doesn't provide any support at all. Stay away from airbnb, there are enough other ways to book accommodation.
<p>I rented a car from Thrifty twice now and both times i had a huge struggle to get my deposit back. Each time I write emails which I don't get any reply from. Then I can start calling and given the runaround. Who has time and airtime to call around all day? A deposit is supposed to be paid back if there is no reason to hold on to it. Tell me if there is a reason or pay me back my money. R6000 can not be forgotten about. You can anyway forget about me as a customer ever again. Twice left in the dark without money was enough. I demand an answer. </p>
