I bought a car on 26 July 2016 at Marx Motors.

I was promised that the signed Notice of Change of Ownership (NCO) will be emailed to me in due course, I went to Marx Motors on several times in 2016 - 2017, also doing follow-up telephonically to date I get different stories.

The car licence disc expired on the 30 April 2017.

Due to the aforementioned facts, Marx Motors conducts an unjust and improper trade practices.

On the 12 December 2016, I took my VW Passat for a service at Palm Motors, Whiteriver, Mpumalanga. One of Palm Motors driver bumped my car on the left rear corner of the bumper, damaging the shinning silver lining and peeling off the paint.

Ms Andile Thabethe inspected my car prior service, she informed me that one of Palm Motors drivers had damaged my vehicle on out-inspection and she called the Manager who then promised to buy the broken and fix the damage at no cost of course as it is their fault.

Unfortunately, I have been calling Palm Motors Whiteriver for fixing of my vehicle to date and I'm sent from pillar to post.
