<p>I entered the Coke competition,got a call on the 22 December 2016 at 07:52.I was told I won a Hisense TV by the presenter,Neville Pillay.Therafter I got a call to confirm my details.Then I was requested to prvode my TV licence number.The lady then called me back in the afternoon,she called me back at 17:19 to get the number from me.Then was told that I would be contacted for the delivery.Thereafter no response or communication from anyone at Lotus FM or Coke or the delivery company.I called last week Tuesday - 03/01/2017 to enquire.Was told that they will get someone to call me back,Kamini was the name I was given.Still no call back.I followed up on Friday the 6/01/2017.I spoke to Roberta Govender and she told me she would forward an email to the person in charge of the competition ( Nirvan Singh )and I asked her to copy me in on the email,which she duly did,she also copied in Randheer Balbadan.Still no call or email feedback whatsoever.I would like to know how many other winners have had the same experience ... truely pathetic service.I will forward this to Coca- Cola as well.Maybe I would get a better response or at a least a call.</p>
<p>I got a call to upgrade my data package on the 21st December @ 10:51.Had follow up calls to ensure I did eventually take the new upgrade.Was advised once device has been received, call the call centre to acitvate the Mobile WIFI.I received the delivery from RAM on the 22nd December @ 08:15.Called the call centre was advised to contact the upgrades department on 084145,which I duly did, was on hold for a long time.Cut the call and called on Friday which was a public holiday, then called on Saturday only to get the voice prompts to call between Monday to Friday.So called this morning,again to 084145, selected the option,went through the verification process with the consultant,then was advised that I had to go to the sim swop division,held on for a while then got through.After doing the entire verification again was told to go to a branch to get it sorted.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.Consultants have poor knowlegde of processes.If I was told this originally on Thursday or even when I confirmed the upgrade.I wouldn't have to endure such pathetic service.Could have been to the branch on Thursday 22th already and ahd the device activated.Once again Cell C fails to impress.I have 3 contracts with them,just cancelled one...going to cancel the other 2 as well.Thank you Cell C for the awesome service ...NOT</p>
