No service what so ever
You have a condition PMB, Bipolar. Your meds have been claimed 3 weeks prior and then 3 days before your meds are finished you phone them as a reminder to deliver meds. They PROMISE HIGH AND LOW THE MEDS WILL BE DISPENSED AS URGENT, WELL WELL MEDS STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. You phone them the phone rings and rings and when someone finally answers they are *********** to deal with you. Rather say we dont know when the meds will be delivered instead of lying. I have been without meds now for 2 days but when they want their co payment you have to be quick about it. They think if they phone you with an apology it eases the situation. Well it does not. Bonitas made a HELL OF A MISTAKE signing up with these clowns

USELESS - YOU GIVE NUMEROUS TIMES INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO DISPENCE CERTAIN MEDS ON THE PRESCRIPTION BUT THEN THEY DO. YOU SEND EMAILS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED AND TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY JUST IGNORE THE QUERY OR COMPLAINT. YOU PHONE THEM JUST TO BE PUT ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECTED. ITS POOR SERVICE

Marara service SUCKS
This is my second time I am complaining about Marara Pharmacy. One would think it's a government institution as they are just as ****ging at customer service. They NEVER answer their phones, and if you are lucky enough to get an email address of someone, you send through a query to correct or not dispense medication claimed for when previously given instructions to someone, they don't forward your request. Bonitas made a HUGE mistake appointing Marara, and if you look at the reviews, this service provider is ***********

Marara Pharmacy what a joke
What a joke, our medicine was scheduled more than a week ago to be delivered AND NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time you phone in you are either holding so long that the call gets disconnected or you speak to different people not knowing what's going on as your file is not allocated to one person. Pharmacy Direct was working well, now Bonitas just made it easier to move over to another medical aid

Luyanda is the agent I dealt with, he/she was very helpful and I had a LOT of queries to be sorted out. we were on WhatsApp almost an hour and all my questions were answered and given feedback. I am really impressed by the WhatsApp portal and will definitley use it before calling in. Thank you Luyanda!

Oneplan is getting worse and worse in their customer service
I have been a client of One Plan for more than 6 years, I don't know if there is new management or what is happening. You leave requests for them to return your call, which they never do, and when you phone them requesting information on your policy it differs from what they have sold you. You phone them on your account gets put on hold until your airtime runs out by the way you asked the agent to return your call after the call gets disconnected - that was 3 days ago

Vumatel is USELESS There is not even a description you can use to describe their poor service
Their service is pathetic. We reported a problem with Mweb and they have escalated the problem since the 8th of July as we has water damage on the router. They came out to the premises and replaced the power supply and never looked at the box, we have been logging tickets daily. We have been requesting the box to be replaced but they just refuse. DO NOT sign up with a service provider where Vumatel is involved STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MWEB Poor or rather no service
Poor service. Faulty internet box with Vumatel. Box got water damage on the 8th of July 2024 and we have reported it numerous times and all they say is that it has been escalated. Vumatel is also useless. They just refuse to replace the router even if we pay for the box. Please dont sign up with them

Poor product
Bought a 20 000 puff vape. Vape doesn't work. When pulling on the vape the coil burns. Pressing the power the power no power button. Phoned the rep and he was like oh well thats a chance you take by buying this product

Poor dishonest service
My phone line was suspended. I paid the money over on the pay fast link and they said my phone will be reconnected within 5 to 24 hours. Thatvwas Thursday. I followed uo every day, even went into the branch on Saturday when the payment was reflecting, please note I sent them proof of payment as well. My phone is still not reconnected
