Dear Mrs. Mamacos, I have totally missassed this situation and I would hereby like to apologize personally for the incorrect allegations that I have said and all the wrong doing that I have caused. I understand that you are in no way obliged to meet with me &/or have any communication with me. All work & repairs/maintenance done in the apartment were done to the highest professional standards which I am extremely grateful for. This was a business arrangement & has been dealt with on the highest professional level & to the requests I have made. I admit that I was wrong & had things way out of context & I would really like to apologize for any issues I have caused you personally & professionally. I acted rashly & I am now sorry that I cannot undo my post due to Hello Peter's policy of not allowing reviewers to remove their own posts. I am extremely Grateful for all that has been done with regards to this matter & am doing all I can to look after the property from my side, maintaining the property as I am required to do so in the lease. Just to let everybody know, I have been renting a Property in The Square in Cape Town CBD for a year and a half and the service I have received in my dealings with Property Exponents has been Extremely Poor. They do not do much as far as maintenance goes on the building, the lift and Foyer are always filthy. there attitude towards dealing with Infestation is very weak which means every flat has an infestation problem which is at the residents expense, this is totally ridiculous for the rent prices required. I had to send about 10-20 Emails regarding noise from other residents in the building and about 10 phone calls and 4 to 5 months later for it to 95% Stop, there is the usual noise when living in a block of flats which is manageable. I don't think they offer much value and are not very happy to assist or friendly people to deal with Generally. They also manage The Four Seasons and the Garage to the Ba*****t has been broken for 2 - 3 Months & the Lifts are continually breaking, there is no where to sit at the Pool on the 17th Floor and neither are there umbrellas at The Square and at The Four Seasons. Not pleasant dealing with anyone that is managing or doing work in relation to the building as well as the Estate Agent working in the Building (Martin Nel) It has taken me a while to get to write this review but I feel people are paying a lot of money in these apartments and Expect a Decent Service.
Elizabeth Mamacos Hi all, I am writing this review to let people know the level of Injustice this Woman has brought on me as a young lady just trying to survive and make her way/mark in life. I have been renting a property in Cape Town CBD for 1 and a half years owned by Elizabeth Mamacos and in this time she has failed to make me feel like an appreciated tenant as well as appreciated for my money, she has failed to come and introduce herself to me in this whole time that I have resided in her apartment. Whenever there has been work or maintenance issue that is needed to be done in the apartment or a naissance issue from other residents in the building it has always been an endless struggle, she does not deal with her tenants directly and leaves that in the incompetent hands of Martin Nel (Which is in my previous review and reply on an Incompetent Estate Agent). This is not always great when you have not had it as easy as other people in life and when someone thinks that they are above you and will control you in various forms, people who are not down to earth and think that treating you as a number is very wrong in my mind. Please know that everyone has had their fare share of struggles and just being kind can get you further than anything else and that's all that matters.
The Level of Experience I have received from Martin Nell at Meridian Realty is Extremely unsatisfactory and he is the most Incompetent Person I have had to deal with in business and my personal life. His assistance with regards to how he deals with Tenants is completely unsavoury, he takes little or no responsibility for ensuring that his client receives the best possible service, he only has his own best interests at heart and not his client from a Tenants point of view. I have been renting a property in the Cape Town CBD that he is responsible in managing for 1 and a half years and I have endless Maintenance issues that I have had to fight to get resolved. I would not recommend his to take care of your property needs.
