Thank God i'm not the only one with this problem. Many moons ago(monthss), Lifestyle legal started sending me emails threatening me as what you all are saying. i've asked 100 times what it was for. finally they responded today saying its loan tracer sueing for unpaid service fees. ***, who are these blokes? i have never heard of them. No way, it's a Scam!!!
Very unhappy customer; I bought a laptop through Fonechoice end of May 2019. not even 2 months later the screen started giving problems (just switches off) few seconds it goes off... i've sent many emails which went unnoticed. started being a unpleasant customer WHICH by then someone responded and booked the laptop in to be checked out. 10days later, got it back (no email to explain what was wrong) (no calls to find out if i'm happy) (i've sent emails to ask for explanation) non zero.... not even a month later, guess what happened!!! the laptop now suddenly has a battery problem. charged it the whole day at work (not using it once) . take it home, switch it on, NOPE nothing, put it on charge Woalla there it goes on with battery being completely depleted. charged it a couple of times to see if i'm right. JIP battery is faulty. sent a couple of emails, no response. to this point i'm now fuming. Now someone sends me a reply to say i have to CALL Customercare, i respond to i need them to email me as i want all on record as i will be going to the ombudsman, they just respond to me again saying i need to call customer service... UHMMMmm Hellooo? 6 months in total having problems and no one calls me back but instead ask me to call them.. i will call you now, and i will expect a mail back. alot of money for a troubled laptop. i will be going to the ombudsman
