So after trying for more than a month and half to get my credit card sorted. The next thing was to cancel the stop order that fnb set up for payment of my credit card from my chq account. I went onto the app to het hold of them on 2 occasions and both occasions I was number 568 and 847 number in the que. Both times I had the fnb app open for more than 3 hours??... of course with NO RESPONSE!!!.so now month end has come and the stop order that I required to be stopped has now gone off. I will also be charged for as there is no where for the monies to go.??....so can fnb pull their finger out the ****** useless **** holes and get this stopped and sorted out!!!!
Still waiting for an amount to settle my credit card. We going on month and 2 weeks now??.. RETAIL service constantly escalating my query with no resolution.FNB ARE F.......u.......c......k........e......n.......u......s.......e....l.....e....s.....s. is there any point that I will getting the correct amount. I keep on requesting my settlement amount and retail keeps replying asking me when. So again FNB ARE F..........U..........C.........k.......e.....n........U........S.........E........L.....E........S..........S....... I HAVE SENT A QUQEY TO THE BAMKING OMBUDSMAN'S FOR EVALUATION AND HAVE THE PROOF I AM NOT GETTING MY REPONSES?.......
Wrote my last review threatening to go to the banking ombudsman with regards to not getting the correct information to settle my credit card and me constantly nagging and queries...... . I received an email that same hour i will be contacted..... well to no surprise I am still waiting for contact to be made. Fnb best listen closely!!!!!! They have up to close of business today to give me the correct information or I will be opening a case with the banking ombudsman's in the morning!!!!! *******.E.N PATHETIC AND *******.E.N USELESS. TOTALLY INCOMPTETANT!!! to say the least!!! 5 pm today fnb or I will report you to the banking ombudsman!!!!!
3670793NF So more than a month on. I am still waiting for resolution ans the correct settlement on my credit card. Have received nothing but B. U. L. L .S. H. I. T amounts and nothing but the idea or feeling that someone is trying to inadvertently to steal my money....... people are fnb are F. U. C. K. E. N. USELESS. Dont understand why its taking this long with constant bad reviews ro get my simple problem sorted out. People at the retail place that have now been messaging me are just as USELESS ANS INCOMPETENT to say the least. They ask for an immediate response but then ignore my emails??.... I am not sure what more I need to do other than approach the banking ombudsman's for resolution...... I have NEVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH A SIMPLE COMPANY.
So from my bad reviews and complaint of last week. We not much further as of course the staff ar fnb are incompetent and utterly USELESS. I have again sent them email after email. But this time I gave them a breakdown of the all the amounts they sent me saying what I must pay compared to the amounts lf what I actually owe..... again they keep telling me that I must pay more than what I actually owe. I also get told in emails that the amount they are showing is correct but its about 1300 rands more than what I owe?...... I get sent a statement that does not include the latest payment and when I tell them this they go all quiet and do no respond. So the only thing i am thinking that someone is trying to steal my money and get me to pay more than I owe. As I said I will keep on with the bad review until an competent person can send me the correct information..... FNB are useless!!!!!!!!! To say the least. Again don't phone me as I am not in available!!!!!
I have asked for settlement of my credit card. I received a letter however the amount that I was requested to pay was more than the amount I actually owed. not sure how that actually works to pay more than what is owed. are you trying to take me for a MUK???? have sent screen shots and email after email after email with no response. answer my question WHY should I pay more than I owe...........?????? NO NO NO FNB you are being useless and incompetent's!!!!!! get me the correct figure to pay so red this carefully! I WANT TO SETTLE MY CREDIT CARD AND CLOSE IT. I WANT THE CORRECT SETTLEMENT FIGURE THAT IS CORRECT AND BEEN CHECKED OVER BY A COMPETANT PERSON THAT HAS THE KNOWLEDGE TO DO THIS! AND PELASE DONT TRY TO PHONE ME AS YOU WILL NOT GET HOLD OF ME.
According to my bank account I had small payment of R300 still owing on my personal loan. Its was the last payment due. the debit order was taken R499.00. that would way more taken that was due. I have contacted the personal loans/FNB customer care and FNb premier however keep getting the same email they will reply in 3 days if I cannot wait to call them...... that is firstly Unacceptable service as they deduction was 31 august 2019 and we are now today already on the 12th September so that would 12 days after my initial email. I am applaud at this horrendous service yet again from the incompetent bank! How long should I actually waiti for some help? how long are you going to keep my money that you have taken WITHOUT my permission? HOW LONG FNB how Long????????
I have emails about 50 times in the last week looking for assistance to activate my credit card online, I have emailed the exact same email addresses that were not assistance to me the last time, was only after I complaining on hello peter did they pull get off their lazy asses and assist me. Its absolutely appalling that one has to first of all send 50 emails them complain on social media before the lift a finger to assist a person. Its an absolute DISGRACE! SIS SIS SIS SIS FNB! SIS
I first sent and email to fnb credit card/premier division on 29/03/2018. We are now today on the 8/5/2018. I have still not received my credit card that I have requested. I am so sick and tired of dealing with incompetent and stupid people and there is no recourse of action. Its disgusting and embarrassing for the idiots on the other end. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY CARDS ABROAD. I WILL NOT PAY YOUR CHARGES. YOU THUMB SUCK AN AMOUNT AND I AM SUPOSE TO JSUT ACCEPT, REALLY. TRY ANOTHER ONE!! FNB has caused me enough **** this last month, not answering or dealing with my query that you can carry the charges...... well will call it customer service. STILL WAITING FOR a REPSONSE!!!!!!!!!!
FNB stopped me from transferring monies out of my credit card to current account. I logged a complaint and too them more than 10 days ago to come back to me after constant reminder emails to them. Told me they called me ONCE to let me know the issue. They have my email address and contact details but only tried once!!!!! Pathetic on this instance. I then got a call and told me I will get my cards sent to me in the UK. They sent me the Documentation. I completed and sent it all back in one email. Again email back to me saying all paperwork has not been sent. Pathetic number 2........ not mentioning I have to pay for the courier FEES.... REALLY!!!!!! not mentioning this in the telephone call or giving me other options for people to collect my cards in SA as I cannot myself! We pay huge bank fees to the bank. This should be a service provided by the bank. making it the clients problem!!!!! Pathetic no 3.... I have now been waiting almost a week for them to process the paperwork so I can get my cards. I am still waiting FNB been more than a week now
