Their service levels are way below pathetic! Handed in two binoculars on the 10th of February 2020. We had to contact them in July to enquire about the items and went to collect the apparent serviced binoculars on the 11th of July 2020. They could not provide a job card for the service but we still had to pay a random amount for the cleaning and servicing of the binoculars. No reply to my emails requesting the job cards so that we could at least confirm that it was in fact serviced (received the binoculars back in the same state that we handed it in, not even cleaned) - had to physically go to their shop where, once after demanding a job card, they just printed their own job card on their letterhead - could not provide me with the service supplier's job card. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
