How can you provide a service like this license disc renewing if you (CAPITEC) Is using such unreliable couriers as Brima Logistics??? Then we your clients of capitec has to struggle with unrealiable couriers that Capitec decide to use. I am ao dissapointed with Capitec for this, i can not get hold of their courier Brima Logistics for any answers, i feel it is very undair that they provide this service and we pay them for this service and then just say you have to contact the couriers that they use???? How is this fair? How can it take them (Brima Logistics) 3days to deliver my parcel? The last 3days between 7/8o'clock i receive sms that state that my parcel will be delivered that day... for the last 3days!!!!???? Capitec please sort this out asap we need to work to provide for our children we can not sit and wait for this dissapointing fustrating poor service.
Very fustrated with this courier company, lack of comunication. It has been 3days that I receive messages that they are delivering my license disc(s) so I have to stay home, not capitec or anyone can answer where my delivery is, no comunication from Brima!!! Why are they making empty promises of delivery???? They are really providing POOR service!!! I am very dissapointed in this courier company.
Great customer service! Great Quality products. Affordable Prices!!! I would recommend Canvas and More to anyone. One other thing they do not lack of is communication!!! They keep you posted through out the whole proses. I have never gotten such great service as i got from CANVAS & MORE!!! Well done!!! Keep up your great service!
We are very dissatisfied with Standard Bank insurance, 3months ago we put a claim in for our electric fence, the assessor from standard bank insurance came and took the old stuff and we have kept calling them upto now No answers for us about that claim. 2nd Claim 3weeks ago - we contacted them to claim for our (security cameras) cameras and our fence(claim of 3months ago) Still no feed back on any of our claims. This is by far the worst service i have received. I feel this is unacceptable.
<p>I had many problems with electrical companies before, they come out and do a job and needs to come back over and over and over again but they do not pitch up at all with the appointment they make with me and do not even bother to call me or send a message that they won't be able to make it or running late.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay a arm and a leg to get the problem fixed i dont mind paying any amount as long as they do what they promise.</p> <p>Then I had the pleasure to work with Renier from Eco Electrical.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very Professional clean job, no need to call them to come back to fix the same problem.</p> <p>Best Electrical services I have ever had.</p> <p> </p> <p>Big Thank You to Renier from Eco Electrical</p>
