I purchaced a Galvanic Body Spa item for my skin at over R5,000 for the item a few years back. I used it in tge beginning and then not for awhile and I looked after it nicely, so it looks new. I recently put in new batteries and it doesnt work. I contacted Nu Skin who told me they dint service products and now I have this huge loss. So if not in warrenty (2 years) then you have lost your money. That's unacceptable product policy.
I had such a bad experience on the 1st of Sept 2020 and wish to share my experience with others. We wanted to have our male dog spayed/fixed and thought I'll phn & support them. Other than making the appointm there was no communication, just people taking yr fog and putting him in a cage and me filling out forms and paying. An short sms from I dont know who that cant even spell to fetch the dog because he's moaning.. Ince I got there my dog is back in the cage covered in his own vomit and feces. I didnt know how to puck him up or where to put him in my car. The guys there are too scared to pick up the dogs, they have absolutely no skills with dogs. There was no one to speak to me about how the treatment went, I dont even think anyone there is a qualified or registered vetenarian. There was no pain and inflamation meds given, but a little aftercare letter. I just left with my dog and felt so sorry for him. I had to go to our own vet for meds and advise. Im sorry but I didnt experience any care that they feel for animals. I hope the necessary checks are being done at animal shelters really.
