We ordered expensive books harry potter for my daughter with a value of over R4000 in June 2022. They never arrived, we requested a refund. It was suppose to come in june 2022... It never was refunded. Now their website is closed and no response is ever made to emails. Big ****** Raru online, don't care just ***** my 9 year olds money. Disgraceful.
This is not the first nor definitely the last time I am sure that my parcels will be stuck at JIMC?? What is the delay I mean parcels are in the country over 3 months. Backlogs are merely an excuse? Are there strikes again? 3years ago I never received half my parcels and I def wasn't reimbursed for them! I mean is this the same senario? No reply to emails people don't answer calls? Soo customer service is very poor. Is there a solution to this?
