Take the time and make up your own mind Avanti’s spa pricing model is very competitive in the market , trust me I did the research. From the very start the communication was extremely good. Being a spa buyer for the first time I had many questions to which all were answered professionally – putting my mind at ease. My wife later that evening pointed out the reviews on HelloPeter, which made me extremely skeptical about going ahead with the order. As effective as social media is, in many cases it's from the view point of just the one individual and there is ALWAYS another side to the story. Giving Ernst and his team the benefit of the doubt I emailed through expressing my concerns based on the reviews. I was not too surprised to receive a call from Ernst within the hour, as mentioned earlier – the communication was excellent. He assured me that there was context to each and every complaint and guaranteed me that his work, product and team is both reliable and professional. Needless to say , I proceeded with the order. 16 days later the spa arrived, in toe the Avanti installation team – all smiles and willing to go the extra mile. In fact I was the recipient of the new design and upgraded features . This was a very pleasant surprise. Not sure if this is the new model or package, but nevertheless I am tremendously pleased with the product thus far. I am not stating that the other customers' complaints on this site aren’t valid. My personal experience was very good and I definitely would recommend Avanti Spa to anyone. Take the time and make up your own mind! Mr Roukens We do not understand your review. The mail you send us,you were so happy with your Spa. We even replace your Digital screen (R3500) that was 100% when we deliver your Spa free of charge and repair your step that you damage also free free of charge. We normally install our covers with galvanize clips and you ask us for extra Stain Steel clips. Unfortunately the available clips is to small and we offer you discount. We also explain the day you visit the factory that we install the jets on different heights to work your hole back. Our products came out of molds and are all the same level. Please check if your are is leveled. What do we have to do if you refuse to pay the final Amount?

How did you change the original design- How your plumber did not installed a drain -How the Spa overflow -the electrical that trip there after and How Avanti - Spa come out free of charge ,change the element after the flood Free of charge -Do a follow up visit Free off charge A story always have two sides.

<p>Hi Mr Hochfelden</p> <p>As per our standard warranty ,deliverd with the pool, we do not guarantee the inside of the pool agains stain marks-mistreatment -de colouring-use of borehole water etc. </p> <p>You were not willing to pay for a crane to lift your pool over the wall ,so you ask us to lift the pool over the wall. Be honest we were not the only contractors that lift the concrete panels out .</p> <p>For the diffrent in paving colours , we do not manufactore the paving ,how can we be responsible for the colours?</p> <p>To all other contractors , be carefull for Mr Hochfelden he try to blackmail you ,if you not willing to bend your business rules</p>
