Poor customer service

Horrendous customer service from Marly and Veronica! I was very specific in my request on the colour palette and type of flowers I wanted. I attached a picture to outline the type of arrangement I wanted (donut wreath). Marly seemed irritated merely by the request not the first time. when i arrived to collect - i wasnt happy with the arrangement and disclosed this as it included colours which wasn't outlined in the specific colours and flowers I listed. A lady by the name of Veronica started screaming at me, telling me the pic has these colours and she had nothing to do with the content of an email. Very defensive instead of trying to fix. She even uttered profanity at me in her native language which she didn't know I understood. I was mortified at her response, still am...a young lady came out of nowhere and fixed the flowers graciously (I did not get her name as I was shaken by the outburst)
