I have submitted a claim over three weeks ago and it still being processed, it was said to be escalated and still not finalized, customer service is not helpful and no helpful feedback is given at all
Worst client service, firstly don’t indicate on site what is not in stock and then when you request a refund on the product they don’t have it’s a long process. Then when you try follow up on refund they keep transferring you and going around in circles. Honestly annoyed.
First ABSA increased my monthly fee without making me aware of the issue, and the difference accumulated and for months complained about the issue and they did not assist, I requested they close the account in May and they did not assist. NOW only once I complained on the platform they state other condition that they did not tell me off prior to Friday and when I request once again for them to Close the Account they want me to pay for the difference in fees that I was not made aware of and complained about for months, they dragged out the issue and now it as at my expense. And are still not willing to close down the account. And this the terrible service offered by their private banking!
I have private banking with ABSA but I don't receive assistance with matter affecting my current account, and it has been going on for 3 months and my banker has not attended to the issue, even though I was being patient
