Terrible service
I switched from Debt Rescue to this company as I've payed all my debt off more than a year ago and they couldn't get me clearance. This company promised that everything will be sorted within 21 days. Is been 3 months down the line and I don't get any response from them when contacting. Before I payed the fee they where answering my questions almost immediately or definately the same day. No I get no response. This is a terrible company to trust with your debt review process

Debt Rescue don't clear your name once you've payed all your debt.
I'm struggling for almost a year now to get Debt Rescue to clear my name as I've payed all my debt. I now had to pay another company to do the job I payed Debt Rescue to do. Worst service ever.

Cleared my debt, but Debt Review doesn't clear my name
I have put myself under debt review a couple of years ago work Debt Rescue. In January I payed off all my debt. Till this day I'm struggling to get my name cleared and to get out of debt review. I have requested several times for this matter to be solved without any feedback. They want me to get all the clearance letters. This is not my job. There is just no service or proper feedback.

Worse company ever
This company was quick to let us book and pay in full. Now I have problems getting my money returned even though I want to cancel more than a month before we need to go.

Upgrade hell
<p>I upgraded mid August in Ermelo. Now I received a bill for almost R3000 and when I went to the shop to find out what was going on they said my upgrade ( to a higher package to avoid these type of bills) has never been processed. Their response... The will give me 1GB free. How the hell will this make up for my bill??? I also received a tablet that is still not registered... </p>
