In Utter Shock

<p>I have been using Concept Branding now for about 6-8 months now for my business and I do a lot of digitizing of logos and embroidery, today I got verbally attacked by Maria (The Receptionist) while everyone watch. Firstly Maria gripped my arm and told me not to pass this point which I then stepped back and ask Prince (the one guy that I have been dealing with) to please come to me as I wasnt aloud to go any further. He blatantly ignored me and then Maria laid into me saying I was a terrible person and everything "I had done wrong".</p> <p> </p> <p>I still used this company after messing up a couple of my products and me having to redo them as I wanted to give them a chance and could see Concept and myself building a good relationship.... Well that all ended today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can not believe a client can be treated this way and the abuse I had to indure.</p>
