BEST SERVICE AS ALWAYS
I am referring to Spec Savers PORT ALFRED, Eastern Cape. I would like to thank Noleen Horrmann the Practice Manager at this branch. She really walked the extra mile for me, not once but every time I have dealings with the branch. Her customer skills are phenomenal and she and the branch deserve 5 starts. Thank you. NON-PAYERS - Be Carefull!
On the 26th of January 2021 Pro CCharts made a reservation for one of their Consultants to stay overnight. They promised to send the Proof of payment that same day. To no avail. To this day, no money have been paid over into my account. They have blocked by number and does not reply to my emails. admin@pro-ccharts.com & info@pro-ccharts.com. The Consultant that stayed over, left early the morning without breakfast and before I could stop him. The outstanding amount is R550. How is it possible that a company can do this to a small little business? How do they sleep at night?
