Bought pedestrian fan in November 2022 and In February 2024 just after a year it stopped working just like that. I am so heart broken. I hardly used it and it still looks new. I wish I checked reviews before purchase. Because it seems like their products stop working after a year 😒 it's 2 months over warranty at clicks. What do I do? Clicks should stop selling the Kambrook products really 😒

Vodacom added 5 new transactions on my account, without my knowledge. I received a debit of R13475. 00 into my banking account which I have no knowledge of and did not authorise. Call center could not help me, then I went directly to vodacom outlet of which they also failled to assist. O top of that Vodavcom itself keep contacting me that I have to pay R13475.00 that I do not know anything about. This shows on my credit report that I owe vodacom this amount that I still dont know anything about. I am very angry and so dissapointed at vodacom. Where do they get the right to do as they please on our accounts without our concernt. I do not feel safe with vodacom and they need to sort this **** on my account and clear my credit record.
