I sended my friend who needs money urgently as she is stuck next to the road, because FNB is offline so she did not get the pin code to get her much needed money. When I asked Ellija Ntuli that I would then like to be refunded the transaction fee that I can then send her airtime ... I'm told he doesn't work with that and will not help me with that I need to speak to my banker ... When I told him he is incompetent and I want to speak to his manager ... he personally attached me and told humiliated me on the call so bad I started crying and demanded to speak to a manager ... the manager refused to come and speak to me ... I was so traumatized being a private client I don't want to be with a bank that allows their staff to personally attack their private clients like that
I'm so happy I closed my account at absa 5 years ago and I will share this on face book hoping every close their account with you. In my eyes there is no worst bank than ABSA I have been nagging my family for the last 5 years to kick you under ur back side hopefully after this they will listen to me. I sold a vehicle ... my client went into a ABSA to do a bank transfer because they scared of fraud ... same with me I have phoned ABSA like ul say in afrikaans SLAPPPPPPSA Slapper than a cafee chip ... both agents have the worst ****y attitude especially Curtis. Because I'm not a SLapsa client he refuses to do anything for me not even to verify payment ... So gets what the Slapsa client I sold my vehicle to will not get his vehicle before I get my money so what is gonna happen ur SLAPSA client wil not get his vehicle because you refusing to verify payment
