Louise, the agent that has got no clue how to treat either potential or current tenants. Keeps on threatening that she decides when the contract ends and that she's got the authority to talk badly about the tenants by the maintenance people. Allowing maintenance to bypass a municipal installated meter to avoid the geyser of switching on and off. When I reported that the electric garage door is broken, its get said that "sy maak my wiele pap" must I leave the door to get damaged? She has been treated us badly from wanting to view the property. She has got now people s****s. My rent is paid by the last day of each month with no problems, I'm even paid in advance with my Municipal costs.
<p>Our rep contacted the Customer for work, within the next couple of days we were urgently required to do work on 2 of their trucks, no price or quote was requested they just insisted that the work gets done.</p> <p>Our guys went to his premisis on a saturday (17/09/2016), did all the work required on both trucks and parts was refurbish and fitted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up to date we have been phoning daily for payment of R12473.40.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the director confirmed that the work was done but he will only pay us the amount of R3000.00</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
