Direct Debits earlier than scheduled
Too often this company debits your account days before the agreed upon debit date. If the debit date falls on a Monday and the Monday is not a public holiday, why on earth do you still keep taking the dd on the Friday??? Happened again to me and once this loan is paid I will move my business elsewhere.

I can't believe there is only 2 reviews about this practice. I experienced both of the other 2 reviewers and that was after her friend and colleague who is a neurologist referred my wife to her. After R 20k not a single answer and just a request to another request to do more tests at a personal cost of R8k to R10k since they could not even give me an exact amount and this is not even covered by a top plan on Discovery. Unfortunately the medical industry has turned to a money making machine with doctors that cares nothing other than top dollar and milking patients. Did not do the tests and will not have anything to do with this practice.

You WILL lose, stay away!
None of the live the games is actually real even though it looks like it. It is completely fixed where you are playing against yourself and them and they decide where the winning number will be. What an absolute joke and **** company. As for the slot machines... Good luck in ever winning anything, tens of thousands down the toilet and not once above your starting balance... **** company, stay well clear.

Casino Games - Slot Machines a JOKE
STAY AWAY! The site itself is fine and sport betting will be fair but the online casino games.... WOW. I tested the slot machines with not R100 and not R1000 but thousands of rands and not once did I get above the initial amount I started with. Their payout percentage is a JOKE. All I can say is STAY AWAY. I have numerous other accounts and not a single one will let you lose like this company. Again... STAY AWAY from the casino side of this website.

Scratch Competition - **** - NO PRIZES - BE WARNED
I have gone from a previous 5 star rating down to a 1 star rating because: With the Betway Scratch and Win competition they have had many glitches and I am now 100% convinced that there are NO PRIZES. I had the popup on 2 separate occasions telling me I have won a physical prize and I had to complete a little form and they will be in touch. According to T&C's they will contact you within 48 hours. After the 1st prize I won, I waited a few days and nothing. I started contacting the agents on the chat platform and I was told they are sorting out logistics and they will be in touch. So then I won the second prize and I took screenshots of the Congratulations banner and the form I had to fill in. Again, waited 2 days and nothing. I contacted on chat again and they told me that they will be in touch the following week after the week you win a prize, another excuse. I then waited a week and still nothing. I have now called and was promised a call back - and AGAIN NOTHING. My next step now will be to lodge formal complaints with The National Gambling Board, and the Ombudsman - Luckily, I have all the chat transcripts, and screen shots of everything - other users, make sure you ALWAYS record the phone calls, download the script from chat messages and take screen shots of everything. As far as the Scratch Promotion is concerned - nothing but a joke - the R50 million is only Casino Bonusses which has a very high playthrough rate and if you accept your R150 bonus or whatever amount be aware your cash balance will be altered, and you will have to play through that as well. There are no prizes - I will make it my life goal to get Betway to reveal the "winners" of these so-called prizes and make it public - even if I have to go to the courts. Luckily from reviews already left here on HP, I can see I am not the only with this problem. I am coming for you Betway.....

Excellent customer service. And as far as payout times - no other betting site comes even close. Usually within hours after a withdrawel the funds will be in your account.

NOTHING BUT A ****
Great for entertainment but be aware that you WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY with this company. Playing slot machines... You will lose most definitely. Playing roulette like I do...well, when you cover 99% of the table and it lands on the 1 number you didn't cover for 4 times in a row... the odds are you will get hit by lightning is smaller!! Nothing but a fixed game and a ****. One BIG JOKE

NOWHERE TO DEPOSIT - AGAIN
Hi, Where on earth do you deposit money??? Checkers...no go. Drove to 3 in Pretoria east and they did not accept Capitec deposits. Tried 5 Pick n Pays, same story. After driving around for almost 3 hours I finally found a branch - they are just as scarce - and the one ATM they had did not take deposits. I was FORCED to make a deposit inside costing me R180 to deposit R4000. THAT IS RIDICULOUS - and this is not the first time. Luckily it will be the last since I will be moving to another bank that has ATM's and deposit facilities available. Very disappointing - how you attract so many customers is beyond me. Good no and no need for reply.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
This was my first time using the Truzo service, and what a PLEASURE it has been. From opening the account, to listing the sale and getting the buyer involved was seamless and very quick. I had a question and reached to customer service and Rah responded within minutes with the answers I needed. I will definitely use this service again.
