I have been with mtn for more than 10 years now. I am a cod paying customer. When lockdown happened and all stores were closed I did a cash payment into mtn account. All good and well a few months down the line I had a upgrade due and I took my upgrade and had to pay in abit cause I went abit early. Because I am a cod client if I do not pay them on the 26th of each month they will cut my line immediately without warning. Today I go to upgrade and I'm told that I did not pay a bill for April , unfortunately I have moved to a new property and I've lost the deposit slip of that payment they querying for April 2020. I cannot for the life of me understand firstly how my phone is still working if I didn't pay last year April and also upgrade in October 2020. I find this very disturbing and upsetting as this is my service provider for so many years. I cannot find that deposit slip but surely they have that pop on they bank statement for that specific month as the cell number was used as reference and furthermore I was given this excuse many times that mtn changed systems . I want this rectified
Fraudulent company I had a clear credit score They activated an amount I owe FNB I bank with FNB Fnb assured me I owe them nothing I want my name cleared
