Unwilling to help on "late" payments
Over the past two months, I've had a constant fight with the accounts department from Game's Head Office. Over these two months I've been told that my account is overdue and I will be black listed. Due to unnecessary threats and disgusting behavior from the accountants, I eventually went into Game Fourways to sort out this issue. Game could not pick up that I had been paying my account for the past three month. After sending through the P.O.P's, they wouldn't/ couldn't "open the link". This has been going on every single week for 9 weeks. I then get a message this morning stating that Game has black listed me. Earlier today I asked to be put through to higher management and was told that no one can assist me. I run a business and having my name black listed isn't good on my record. I am disgusted by how this has been handled and if nothing is sorted out in the next week I will be taking this to my attorney. I now know that I will NEVER shop at Game again.

Unprofessional ownership
<p>I have an "account" with Muldersdrift vet that had money on it because I had over paid on one balance that was due. I went back and purchased some food with the amount owing to me. This morning I recieved an email from the vet stating that I had an out standing balance, which was impossible. Then I recieved a phone call from the veteranarian stating that I had an amount due. After him screaming at me and threating legal action, I tried reasoning with him and tried to understand why he was getting upset of an amount R150. The account was also only in 30 days. Pathetic. I tried explaining myself and my reasoning as to why I dont owe money but he wouldnt have it. The doctor then commented on my financial status and my personal life. He also stated that I am a liar and Im dodging my debt (I dont know this man from a bar of soap) I cannot believe the unproffessional and rude behavior from someone of such higher stature. Its disgusting. Im really disappointed by this and I believe that no one should be spoken to with such disrespect. </p>
