Absolutely poor customer service
Customer service is terrible, I phoned to change details on my current insurance and they tell me it's not allowed to change my address and primary driver yet I have other primary drivers insured on my policy for different vehicles... I was informed that my insurance should not exist and i must cancel it , i said its been that way since i have been with them and thats bull****, so they will do an investigation and I will get back feedback the next morning, it's 2 weeks later and I'm being ignored, no response as if I don't exist and my possessions are insured with incorrect details, but they debit me like normal, I get no response on whatsapp on the app on email or on phone calls, utter bull**** customer service, and now I will involve the ombudsman to get answers

The process is abit long or just something I'm not used too Alot of companies look for ways not to pay and this company didn't do that, they kept me fully informed all the way through

My consultant Monica Botha was absolutely impressive in regards to keep the situation calm and calming me and making sure everything is fully discussed before moving forward and sending regular updates absolutely impressed with her customer service

The guy that assiste...
The guy that assisted me was very professional and clear on the phone and did he’s best in capabilities to assist me to get me what I need… even though it was after he’s working hours he still took the time to assist me and made me feel like I was talking more to a friend then a business consultant… not only that he assisted with the best price he could possibly do and that I appreciate the effort that he put in to getting the job done instead of the day done…

Excellent service
I called in and managed to speak to both Emmanuel Jiane And Lauryn Schutte who assisted me in adding another vehicle to my insurance.... i felt easy talking to both and felt comfortable as we went through the process.... I’m quite happy with their service received and will gladly recommend them with client care assistance....thank you for making my day royal and assuring me that I’m insured with the right company..

Pleasant service to resolve issues
What excellent and pleasant service I had dealing with Chanelle Govender. All problems dealt with and resolved by this one person who just paints a new picture of dealing with insurance companies... it was such a pleasure and I would recommend her and king price at any time
