<p>Asisipho and Mawulom Peku assisted me with regards to Miway Insurance error I was frustrated with which happened twice. But Asisipho and Mawulom handled the case professionally and satisfactory. </p>
<p>I request for the service of Northriding Movers to move my thinks from 137 Banbury Estate to 124 Banbury Estate on the 29th of September. They came however after the guys did the job. I found out that a few things where missing.</p> <p>Two things </p> <p>1. A Fossil wrist watch Silver </p> <p>2. A Pink Bluetooth Speaker </p> <p> </p> <p>I called to the manager on ********** 905 on the 5 of October reporting the incident after a few days of searching. He promised to investigate and call me back but He never did. </p> <p>The Team who came to move my belongings was led by a guy with dreadlocks. </p>
<p> </p> <p> Our Household and Car insurance for two of our cars has just been moved to MIWAY Insurance for two months. We ha experienced terrible service. </p> <p><br />The debit dat when policy started was 1st of every month stated in the policy document. They deducted prmium on the 28th September 3 days before set date. my account went into negative and I also got charged for a negative balance because of this error. I was charged 100 rands by my bank. We called and corrected the debit date to the 3rd and they accepted to do this and today on the 28th the same errror reoccurred. Changing debit date should never be a problem for an institution like MIWAY. However my wife Kefilwe, the account holder called this morning to report the debit on my account this morning on a wrong day and they blamed their system called NAEDO. I am upset because this portrays me as a bad payer and affects my credit rating with my Bank. Pls sort this out in few hours or I will be speaking to Consumer Credit Beaurea</p>
